Architecture
Safety isn't a feature; it's the foundation. We've re-engineered the thermal loop from the ground up to isolate power and prioritize the bather.
The 24V Isolation Standard
Zero Electricity in the Basin
Unlike traditional portable heaters that submerge AC heating elements, Vesta utilizes a Split-Architecture design. All high-voltage components—including the 1500W heater, circulation pump, and UV-C purification chamber—are housed within a sealed base unit located safely on the floor, away from the tub.
Isolated Power
The base unit converts AC mains into an isolated 24V DC circuit. This low-voltage rail manages control logic and safety sensors, ensuring no dangerous current ever bridges to the water loop.
Tip-Over Protection
An integrated 6-axis IMU monitors the base unit's orientation. If a tilt or tip is detected, the system executes an immediate hard-kill of the heating and pumping circuits.
The Fluid Interface
The Telescoping Umbilical
We replaced bulky submerged hardware with an unobtrusive, medical-grade silicone umbilical. At the end of this cord is our proprietary Telescoping Snorkel—a slim, vertical intake/return feature that sits flush against the tub wall.
- ⚡ Deep-Basin Intake
The snorkel telescopes to the floor of the tub to pull the coldest water first, ensuring an even thermal distribution.
- 🔥 Submerged Thermal Return
Heated water is returned 3-4 inches below the surface, preventing heat loss to the air while remaining completely out of the bather's personal space.
// COMPONENT_SCHEMATIC
Dual Check Valves: Prevents backflow and basin overflow in the event of power loss.
Dry-Fire Logic: Ultrasonic flow sensors detect air bubbles and kill the pump instantly if water levels drop.
Medical UV-C: Continuous 254nm irradiation within the base unit kills 99.9% of pathogens.
Engineering Compliance
UL 1795
Engineered for absolute electrical isolation in wet environments.
IPX5 Base
